Mr Francatelli has his own unique formula, like any good Italian dish: real Italian ingredients, a passion for wholesome, delicious food and a cozy, friendly environment in which everyone is family. We come from Southern Italy, where food is all and it makes it even more delicious to share it with friends and family.

In 2014, we came to the UK, and once we settled down and noticed the increasing curiosity of the British people in easy, delicious food, we decided to open Mr. Francatelli in 2018, bringing to West Norwood a taste of our beloved Italy. When watching the TV series "Victoria," we got the idea of the name 'Mr Francatelli.' Charles Francatelli was originally a British cook from an Italian family who served as the head chef of Queen Victoria.

Mr Francatelli long experience in the food industry has taught us that we are happy if our clients are happy. And by providing a warm embrace, mouth-watering, delicious food and a spot that feels like home, this is what we strive to accomplish every day. With real Italian ingredients, plenty of love and, most importantly, humility, all our dishes are made from scratch, like we were taught by our grandmothers.
